Three Generations of Growing

Our family has tended this volcanic soil for over 50 years. What started as Grandfather Tanaka's small kitchen garden has grown into a thriving 3-hectare organic farm, blessed by the mineral-rich ash of Sakurajima and the warm Kagoshima sun.

We never use chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Instead, we partner with nature: companion planting, beneficial insects, and composting create a living ecosystem that produces vegetables bursting with flavor and nutrition.
