About Our Farm

Three generations of growing with love, rooted in Kagoshima's volcanic earth.

Grow with Nature, Not Against It

We believe the best food comes from healthy soil, clean water, and patient hands. Our farming philosophy is simple: work alongside nature's rhythms rather than trying to control them. We rotate crops seasonally, plant companion species to deter pests, and feed our soil with homemade compost and green manure.

Every morning, we walk the rows and listen. The land tells us what it needs, and we respond with care rather than chemicals. This approach has rewarded us with vegetables that taste the way nature intended: vibrant, complex, and deeply nourishing.

Zero Chemicals

No synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers have ever touched our soil.

Closed-Loop System

Kitchen scraps, crop residues, and animal waste all return to nourish the earth.

Biodiversity First

We cultivate over 60 varieties, rotating them to keep the soil vibrant and alive.

Our Certifications

Our commitment to organic farming is independently verified every year through rigorous inspections and soil testing.

JAS Organic Certified

Certified under Japan Agricultural Standards for organic production since 2003. Annual inspections verify our complete absence of synthetic inputs.

JGAP Certified

Accredited under the Japan Good Agricultural Practice standard for food safety, environmental conservation, and worker welfare.

Kagoshima Eco-Farm

Recognized by Kagoshima Prefecture for outstanding environmental stewardship and contribution to regional biodiversity conservation.
